CANCELLATION POLICY
Lumiére Skin Science – Client Experience Policy At Lumiére Skin Science, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you to ensure a personalized, luxury experience. We kindly ask that you respect our time and policies as we respect yours. Booking & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service total. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a 50% service charge. • Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total and may be required to prepay for all future bookings. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to receive your full experience. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to a cancellation fee. Card on File A valid card on file is required to book. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms of this policy. Emergencies We understand that life happens.
